At the age of 27 I was travelling down the motorway and taking stock of my life. It was not a pleasant experience. I had been shipped off to a boarding school at a young age. I'd been teased and bullied about my appearance and had been physically and mentally wrecked by not one, not two but three rounds of redundancies from work. To top it all off I was broke. With such low self-esteem, I knew I was rubbish at everything.
There and then I resolved that I just wasn't going to continue to waste the rest of my life. I knew that I had to change my life and that meant changing me. And I've succeeded. I'm 30 now, successful and happy, and have helped hundreds of people all do the same.
